Keylight, Inc.
Training

Keylight, Inc. advocates education and training at every level of our organization. We believe that this principal should also apply to anyone working in this industry. A well trained crew understands the needs of a production and can provide service of the highest quality. To this end, we offer several programs aimed at training those who wish to further their knowledge base and abilities.

Our programs are mainly designed for practical application. They focus on the common tools necessary to become a skilled member of the lighting department. They also cater to several different skill levels. Some classes are introductory courses that focus on the basics of equipment along with proper and safe practices. Others are for the more experienced, such as console specific training.

A new standard has become prevalent in the last few years for the members of our industry. ETCP Certification has become the accepted benchmark for best and safe practices. Much of the subject matter is foreign and advanced even for experienced members of the entertainment lighting industry. We offer a class aimed at familiarity with this subject matter.

A summary of the classes we offer is listed below, and you can select one for more detailed description. We can also tailor a class to your specific needs. Contact us at info@keylightdesign.com for further information.
